Costume Jewelry
Once upon a time, costume jewelry was a highly exclusive novelty that only the rich and famous could afford and wear to some of the most high-profile events and parties of the 20th century and before. But this industry relatively recently began widening its target audience bracket, allowing commoners to step out dressed to the nine with all manner of sensational baubles dangling from their ears and necks. Of course, luxury and designer items will still be incredibly valuable.
Farm Tools
Back on the ranch, historical farm tools are often proudly displayed by farmers to honor their forefathers that toiled away before industrialized farming was a thing. As proud as such country folks are of their practical heirlooms, and as invaluable as they are for our efforts to understand and appreciate history, financially they just do not make much sense. Items like these belong in museums, and will not be a source of obsession for collectors. The average ancient pitchfork will go for about $50.
