The Lone Ranger hit the box office really hard as they lost an average of two hundred million, which was due to the bad decision by adding Depp in the film. Tonto’s character was Native American, and everyone was looking forward to seeing a Native American do the part. Instead, they got Depp, who was referred to as Captain Sparrow. Even the costume he chose for the film was pretty questionable and had everyone curious about what was going on.
