Keanu Reeves as Jonathan Harker in Bram Stoker’s Dracula
Keanu Reeves sure has a lot of acts to his name, including some bad performances – like Point Break, but we’ll leave that for now. Bram Stoker’s Dracula, which Francis Ford Coppola directed, was one of those films that featured Reeves in one of his worst ever positions. Coppola is known to pick the best actors for any project, so we can’t say what really happened here, and even though many people are fascinated by Reeves, that one selection was a total no-no. The first error was that Johnathon Harker’s character was English, while Reeves is not so much. This brought about an unnatural accent during the film and was certainly not missed by viewers.
Ashton Kutcher as Steve Jobs in Jobs
This came as big surprise for many people when Ashton Kutcher was selected to play the role of Steve Jobs. But, who could have guessed a choice like this would be made? It is nothing new for comedy actors to switch to other genres, like Tom Hanks’ drama films. However, there are lots of them who fail in the process, and Ashton Kutcher is one of them. With his role as Kelso on That ’70s Show, many people didn’t even match him to the role of the man who brought technology to new heights. Whoever made the ultimate decision to cast him in this role should be called in and asked the big question…why?
