Who would have thought that GPS navigation was not something that was designed for commercial use only. It was actually already in the process of being created back in 1973, when the military took on a special project to help soldiers to navigate through uncertain terrains. Once President Clinton signed a bill to grant access to ordinary citizens, the market opened up. Today, a company like Garmin is well known and respected thanks to this incredibly military innovation.

So we admit that these are not typical household items, but many kids around the world get to play with “night vision goggles” on their quests to explore the curious world we live in. These goggles naturally also have different purposes, and have played a huge role in strategy making on many of the major wars waged around the world. The Germans were first to bring this technology to the world, and soon after everyone else followed suit.
