Cast as the female equivalent to Charlie himself, the character of Sherri represented an interesting, if not entirely satisfactory take on what might happen if a woman with equally nonchalant values regarding the emotional wellbeing of others in the context of sexual relationships clashes with a male counterpart. A game of sorts ensued, summarising the nature of their story. Starting with Charlie finding himself incredibly attracted to her game of hard to get, and culminating in the two calling it quits. There was also a non-event involving her failing to seduce Alan.
