A successful actor long prior to her role on Two and a Half Men, Allison Janney starred in the ‘West Wing’ for seven years, whilst making numerous guest appearances on other shows, before making her transition to the big screen. She has starred in a number of notable and award-winning films including ‘The Girl on the Train’, ‘Hairspray’ and perhaps most notably, ‘Juno’. Back in the world of sitcoms, currently, Janney plays the role of Anna Faris’ complicated, recovering addict mother in the hit show ‘Mom’. This role has landed her many nominations as well as an Emmy Award.
