The One Possession Clyde Adored

Running from the law often involves giving up personal possessions, especially if you’re trying to escape from a tricky situation. If you have to leave a scene right away, you can’t be thinking about everything you’ll grab with you. Your only thought it is to escape at all costs.
Upon discovering their stolen car, authorities found Bonnie’s magazines and Clyde’s guitar. The guitar was something that had always been taken with him, but in this particular case, he hadn’t had an opportunity to grab it before fleeing. He even went as far as to ask his mother to try and retrieve it from arthritis, which was never going to happen of course.
