Vince Vaughn as Frank Semyon in True Detective
For the second time, Vince Vaughn has made it to the list, and it is still for the wrong position. Vaughn is known for his great comedic skills so putting him in such a dark character’s position is certainly not a great idea. Whoever brought up his name for this role should have been rebuked at the first mention. True Detective is a film that features a lot of adult lifestyle from murders to infidelity, drugs to other worlds, and so much more. It was destined to be a great anthology show, but then they gave us Vaughn.

For goodness sake, Vaughn is a comedy actor who has held his own in that genre very well and cannot be easily shoved in a hardcore criminal position and expected to hit it off. We give him credits for trying to step outside of his comfort zone and extend his boundaries. However, our little advice to him is to stick to comedy with his pal Wilson – it’s a better decision.
