Photography might be a medium that has been around for a long time, but digital photography is something that was first started as a result of the military. Digital cameras were first used to track enemy lines during the great wars of our time, and it should come as no surprise that around the 1970’s, a smaller version was created to be sold as a standalone product for consumer use. The market has been booming ever since, to the point where cameras have even been worked into the design of smartphones all over the world.

Advanced Space Programs
Would Elon Musk be able to plan a mission to Mars if it wasn’t for the advanced space programs that were pioneered by the military? We don’t think so. After WWII ended, the United States government enlisted the German responsible for the V2 rocket program to help with creating the rocket that ended up landing on the moon in 1969. Who would have thought that Nazi born technology could be changing the world as we live in it today in such an unconventional way.
