Pure Joy
After being separated from her belongings for 27 years, April expressed her elation and joy at being reunited with her prized possessions after such a long time. Knowing that was very hard to get over losing everything was enough to make her appreciate the fact that the bag was coming back into her life even though she never thought she would see it again.

In talking about the incident, April mentioned that she was over the moon to get her purse back, but she still had some lingering questions in the back of her mind. Aside from wondering what had happened to the bag back in 1992, she was simply elated that she would be able to see something she lost nearly thirty years ago in person when she had given up on it ever happening to begin with.
