There is proof of this to be found in the nearby fumaroles, which are fissures in the rocky landscape which continue to spray gas. Regarding the caldera belonging to Kibo, however, one can find the Reusch Crater in its length of around one and a half miles. Gustav Reusch earned the honor of having his name attached to this special part of the epic mountain.
