The man was welcomed into the Hall of Fame and Gospel Music Hall of Fame of Rock & Roll and Country Music Hall of Fame. He would open his concerts by saying “Hello, I’m Johnny Cash”. He had an edgy and volatile personality and stage presence that made him incredibly infamous. Cash was personified in the 20th Century Fox film, Walk the Line.
Joni Mitchell – $50 million

Joni Mitchell’s The Blue Album is widely regarded as being among the greatest ever recorded. The legendary artist plays piano, paints, and composes. She commonly blended jazz, folk, pop, and rock and began her career okaying shows in tiny bars and on the streets. Mitchell would also be a fierce protestor and activist and was a big part of the counterculture of the late 20th century. Her leading songs including Both Sides, Big Yellow Taxi, and Woodstock. Mitchell would occasionally rework her appearance and musical style.
