Lauren is an actor many consider as underrated, and perhaps rightfully so. Famous for her starring role in the long-running soap opera ‘The Young and the Restless’, Lauren’s body of lesser-known work should earn her some credit as a dynamically talented artist. Her mother was a talent agent and her stepfather well-known director Charles Jarrott. It is, therefore, no surprise that her acting career started early. As a child, she appeared in multiple notable television shows including ‘Little House on the Prairie’ and ‘Who’s Watching the Kids’.
