Ilha do Queimada Grande sometimes referred to as “Snake Island,” would represent the worst possible scenario for Indiana Jones. The island, which is situated in the ocean off the coast of Brazil, is teeming (or should we say, slithering) with species of snakes that are in danger of extinction. It is off-limits to the general public for the safety of both the people who live there and the snakes.
