Brian Ritchie was enraged by Gordon Gano in 2007 after he pawned off the song rights to “Blister In The Sun” to a fast-food franchise, none other than Wendy’s! The pair’s legal battle would destroy the band, which would end things in 2009. Lawsuits are not exactly constructive, after all.
