Ananda Balasana, Or Happy Baby Pose
Ananda Balasana, also called Happy Baby Pose, is a gentle yoga position that helps open the hips and relax the lower back. It is often considered beginner-friendly because the movement is simple and the body stays supported on the floor. This pose can also feel calming, which makes it useful at the end of a long day or before sleep.

To do it, lie on your back and bring your knees toward your chest. Hold your feet or toes from the outside and keep your knees and ankles roughly aligned. Try to keep your lower back comfortable on the floor while breathing slowly. Hold the position for about 60 seconds, or less if you are just starting.
