The year was 1959 and a new kind of beautiful doll that looked more like a real woman than the doughy dolls that girls were used to appear in shops. Her name was Barbie, and she rocked the world! The Barbie dolls that the older members of your family held onto will easily go for a huge amount of money, perhaps even $25,000! That being said, the Barbie has to have been left within its box and must be in pristine quality. As for the other rubber ladies in the Barbie universe, you can hope for $10 or $20 at best apiece.
