Pete Best
You may be forgiven for assuming that a renowned musician would have more good fortune than the average person. Pete Best was a founding member of the Beatles despite the fact that this was the case. Best had been the band’s drummer for quite some time before they signed a record contract. When the band started playing in more intimate venues, that’s where they discovered him and ultimately decided to employ him.

However, many people believe that Best’s time spent with the band was cut short because he and the other members of the band did not get along, which is why Best’s tenure with the band was so brief. After a period of time spent performing with The Beatles, the English musician made the decision to form his own band, which he christened Pete Best Four. However, throughout the 1960s, this band did not achieve much success, and because of this, he was forced to operate under the shadow cast by The Beatles, particularly during this era. Ouch!
