Some Tats Are Just Inappropriate
I don’t think anybody needs to be asked how they feel about nipple tattoos, without a doubt they are almost always inappropriate. It would be no surprise that this guy is friends with the bull tattoo guy. This may come across as an offense to anyone handicapped, and surely there are better ways to make people aware. Even if this man is handicapped himself, he could have had the tattoo inked on a more appropriate spot.
