However, not all of them, much to our dismay, were made similar, and many of us know that was certain to be several models that slipped between the gaps and have definitely fallen from grace and should just slowly be removed from our memories. The entire car is often defective, while in other instances only particular batches and seasons are defective. But in the meantime, we look into some of these strikeouts.
Dodge Charger Daytona From The Mid-70s
The infamous Dodge Charger Daytona actually was built exclusively for the NASCAR competition and was supposed to be a frontrunner for all its other relatives from this particular series. The car obviously had things modified about its basic physique which was supposed to make for hopefully more aerodynamics, thus for the car to be slicing through the wind leaving all the completion behind eating its dust.
Entering the 80s, unfortunately, Dodge attempted to redesign a slow Chrysler Cordoba while making no alterations to it. The car proved slow, unattractive, and unpopular with the general public.
1970s Period Oldsmobile Cutlass Vehicle
The classic Oldsmobile Cutlass actually was created as a memory of the company’s foray into the muscle automotive market. As the enterprise started struggling heavily due to monetary reasons, many last-minute major alterations were conducted in an effort to salvage any earnings from the initial investment in the vehicle.
Sadly, what used to be a potential muscle vehicle quickly devolved into nothing more than a rebadged Chevrolet Malibu vehicle. Everyone who had an eye for vehicles quickly pointed out the multiple flaws of the vehicle. Many even pointed out the cheap attempt to save money by using a similar motor on the vehicle.
