Thirteen Years
In these 13 years, by the year 2010, the Baltimore police had tried the best way possible to locate the missing woman. By that time, they had no choice but to tell the mother that all their efforts have been in vain and they have been exhausted by the search. Cynthia then decided to stop celebrating Christmas.
