Tim has become a bit of an outsider in the playground; it seems that his classmates avoid him.” Seeing Tim, normally so cheerful, feeling excluded became almost unbearable. Promise of help
I thanked Mrs. Parker and promised to keep a close eye on Tim’s situation. “If you notice any new signs, please let me know,” I asked. She replied with a nod, compassion showing in her eyes. On the way home, I felt a determination to find out what was bothering Tim. His words, “Don’t marry my father”, echoed in my head, pushing me to act, because I couldn’t leave the matter unresolved when so much was at stake.
