Even though the woman was not a vet or any form of a medical practitioner, she did play a vital role in helping to rescue and save the puppy from disaster. One of the most important factors this woman must have had when she first decided to stop and help, was compassion. Since that time, she knew she had to do something, and with the aid of some caring health experts, Varya got the help she needed to stay alive.
