Vertigo
Let’s just say for a moment you’re writing a script about a retired policeman who got a phobia of heights as well as vertigo (a false sense of rotational movement) from a trauma caused on the job, you would think how you’re going to make this exciting, right? Not if you’re Alfred Hitchcock! With its mysterious vibe and dolly zoom effects, this film will probably make you feel as if you have Vertigo yourself (not too much you can’t enjoy this classic though!).

This movie was certainly a masterpiece, however very misunderstood and had its ups and downs earning its rightful credits. It took a total of 21 years to actually secure its well-deserved spot. Our guess is that this movie was far ahead of its time and needed a generation of open-minded viewers with various tastes in order to appreciate it.
