In all honesty, we have no idea what this tattoo is meant to be. We can only imagine that this person’s toddler sketched a smurf in the drawing. Because we have no idea what the design of the tattoo really is, we only hope our suspicion is correct, making this gesture cute and possibly our favorite out of them all.
