Nördlingen is a Bavarian town in Germany that is surrounded by sturdy medieval walls and towers. It looks like a regular town from the land, but once you start going up, the view changes and is completely different from what you expected. So, what makes it so different? The interesting part of their history is that the town was built in a crater created more than 14 million years ago when a meteor had struck the region. Interesting, right?!
