This famous statue is known as “I Viaggiatori” is a sculpture created and designed by artist Bruno Catalano. From the way it is viewed, it shows clearly the reality of what one goes through when they have to leave their life (home, friends, family, etc.) behind and start a new one elsewhere. It has a sense of sadness, yet it helps people to connect and realize there is nothing strange about them wanting to be home and longing to have that connection once again. No matter where one goes, the heart will always be at home.
