Kehlsteinhaus (The Eagle’s Nest)
A third reich ear building, the Eagle’s Nest can be found right at the top of Kehlstein, adjacent to Berchtesgaden. Many important meetings for the Nazi party were held here, often attended by the Fuhrer himself.

It is said that Hitler visited the site over ten times, even though he was known for his fear of heights. While you may assume it was destroyed after the war ended, it still stands today, operating as a restaurant and tourist attraction.
