Lessons Learnt
Gail had now learned everything about her mother’s secret, and what led her to conceal her true identity. Although she does not blame her mother, Gail took the time to absorb the heartbreaking truth. Despite all the efforts, she made to try and talk the truth out of her mother, and how Alvera diverted at all costs. Gail understood the pain this secret carried if she talked about it, and in that she takes a vital moral from her mother’s story.
