The Computer
World War II saw the first rollout of digital programmable computers, which helped with processing data, setting up strategies, and essentially acting as a tool to improve the efficiency in all military operations. This is not all that different from how we use computers for productivity today. Over time, computers have gotten smaller and smaller, which has led to a significant shift in humanity having access to data at the touch of their fingertips. The technology continues to improve, and will surely hit even greater heights in the decades to come.
