This time the setting is an introductory dinner for Evelyn’s new boyfriend. Said boyfriend’s daughter is a guest as well, and obviously, she and Charlie have a history, because if not whence from would come to the mandatory debauchery. Everyone gets very awkward because, if the laugh-track is to be believed, that’s very funny and the whole thing spins out of control. The subplot culminates in Evelyn being dumped for a younger woman.
