4. Dead Bug
The dead bug is a gentle but effective exercise for learning core control. Lie on your back with your knees bent above your hips and your arms reaching upward. Slowly lower one arm and the opposite leg, then return to the starting position and switch sides. Keep your lower back comfortable against the floor.

This exercise is not about moving fast. It works best when you move slowly and keep your body steady. If your back arches too much, make the movement smaller or lower only your arms or legs one at a time. Dead bug is a good choice for beginners because it teaches control without putting too much pressure on the body.
