10. Boat Pose
Boat Pose is often used in yoga to strengthen the core and improve balance. Sit on the floor, bend your knees, and lean back slightly while keeping your chest lifted. Lift your feet from the floor if you can, or keep them down for an easier version. Your back should stay long instead of rounded.

Hold the pose for a few breaths, then rest. You can keep your hands behind your thighs for support if needed. Boat Pose can feel difficult, so start gently. With regular practice, it can help build better control, posture, and core strength without needing fast movement.
