The Notebook
This is probably one of the most well known and legendary films of it’s kind, it’s even made grown men cry! The story is told from the perspective of an old man in a nursing home, recalling his life in the 1940s in South Carolina. It is a timeless film that brings to light the social and familial pressures when in a relationship, but how at the end of the day love prevails.
