Although graphics might not be that wonderful compared to movies these days, Jaws certainly made an impact on its audience back then. It certainly made everyone aware that sharks are a force to be reckoned with and let’s be honest with ourselves here – how many of us do not mimic or even recognize the Jaws warning sounds when thinking of sharks or danger?

Where we normally have Western movies making gore and violence look almost “macho and glamorous” or even “cool”, if we may, with Clint Eastwood as the brainchild, directing and acting in this film, we get to experience the ugly truth behind Western violence and the “cowboy” lifestyle. The story portrays a father being a true hero at the end of the day but shows the journey on his way to don that role.
