Keep in mind that the director had no musical background, so turning this story into one could have easily flopped. That’s where music and dance director Jerome Robbins came in and brought this masterpiece together. With an amazing cast of all-round, talented actors, stunning dancing, and unforgettable songs, as well as the classic Romeo and Julia storyline, this is an unforgettable movie.
