2001: A Space Odyssey
This movie was a follow-up or spin-off of “The Sentinel”. Just like many films before it in its genre, this movie plays with evolution and existentialism, however, this team hit the ball out of the park. The creators tried to make it as visual and real as possible, making viewers feel like they were really traveling through space.

This movie seriously became a cult classic, and although it isn’t complicated as a storyline there is so much going on. With the movie starting with a man buying a rug, you really wouldn’t be able to guess where it would all end up. The light-hearted campiness and comical relief of this film would probably have viewers quoting their witty and hilarious lines, while still leaving you with food for thought.
