Carol Arthur
She was born Carol Arata and would later take on the name Carol Arthur as her stage name. She was a major member of Mel Brooks’ movies. She would star in legendary films like Blazing Saddles, where she played the wife of Dom DeLuise. Arthur struggled with Alzheimer’s disease for 11 long and difficult years. She would eventually find peace at the age of 85 on November 11, 2020. Her contributions to the golden age of Hollywood will never be forgotten.
