Rilo Kiley’s Metamorphosis
Rilo Kiley was a standout band of the early 2000s’ indie rock scene, at least for a short while. Under the Blacklight was its 2007 debut with a major label, but fans of the band would be disappointed soon after when the band fell to pieces. Blake Sennett, the band’s lead guitarist, discussed the reasons for the band’s swift end with AOL Spinner. He said that the dynamics between members had changed, and that their relationships had reached unmanageable levels.
