The sixties saw Black Sabbath churning out hit after hit, but the seventies would be a dark turning point for the gothic group, specifically when it came to Ozzy Osbourne. The excessive drug abuse and partying that the extravagant lead singer enjoyed would impact his performance within the band when he missed more rehearsals than was acceptable. Bill Ward would eventually be tasked with telling Ozzy that his time with the band was done. Sharon, Ozzy’s wife-to-be, would ironically be the one to hatch the conspiracy against Ozzy.
