Studebaker Champ
The Studebaker Champ was in production between 1960 to 1964 and was the deal breaker for Studebaker as their sales were going down in this period. The company was seeking a way to add a lightweight pickup to the market and the lineup of their released series. The Studebaker Champ came with a new release, but it had similar features to previous models, and this gave it a down rating and down went the sales again. Due to the lack of sales and profits, the company was eventually bought over. The champ, though, made history as the first truck with sliding back windows.
